3 stars because the food was tasty and the staff were very nice. The boss was unfriendly and overwhelmed. As a vacationer you didn't feel welcome, because a much friendlier tone was struck with the locals and basic manners (good day / hello and goodbye) were maintained. The following guests were greeted with a sniff "Hopefully you have made a reservation ???" welcomed.

Always worth a visit. Very good and rich food at, for the region, affordable prices. Open every day, it is important to mention, in the entire region it is generally customary that restaurants are closed on Mondays, mostly Tuesdays and sometimes even Wednesdays and Thursdays. So getting something to eat at the beginning of the week can become a real problem. You can still get by by car, but as a hiker you just lost on those days. So you can absolutely recommend this restaurant. The front area is reserved for customers in a hurry, craftsmen, etc., with a short lunch break, in the rear area, which is also a little more modern, there are enough places for everyone who is not stressed. Again any time.

During the week at lunchtime there are various tribal meals, plentiful and tasty.

Very good Thuringian cuisine at fair prices, friendly service in a rustic, clean ambience, right on the platform and parking spaces are right outside the door. The Christmas train station next door invites you to take a stroll - on weekends also in summer - in short: if you are hungry - stop in👍

Very tasty and inexpensive food, whether for breakfast or for lunch. ;) The "all you can eat events" on Fridays are also highly recommended! :) A visit that's worth it!

We arrived at 14:33, actually the restaurant is closed. We had lunch. Very friendly staff and a nice boss. Food was delicious and rich, gladly again.

Delicious Turing food. The assortment is small, but the service is very fast. Recommended to visit.

Top. There is enough, good food for reasonable money. We would always eat here again.

A nostalgic place, time seems to have stopped there. There is good Thuringian cuisine, the food tastes very good and the prices are very reasonable. 10.90 € for roulades, Thuringian dumplings and red cabbage, the same for duck or rabbit leg. The whole seems to stand or fall with the cook. Since one can only hope the woman is still eternally at the stove.

Would be here for lunch. Super nice service. Delicious food, price / performance is great. We will be back
